• By using Level2, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Risk disclosure notice, and any additional terms applicable to certain programs in which you may elect to participate. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

2. Services Provided

• Level2 offers a range of services related to automated trading, including but not limited to trading algorithms, market analysis tools, backtesting and educational resources. All services are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Level2.

3. Registration and Account Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a Level2 account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Fees and Payment

• You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of the platform. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis.
• First Month Subscription Fees: Any subscription fees for the first month are non-refundable. This includes any trial periods or introductory offers.
• Payment must be made by a valid credit card or other payment method accepted by Level2.

5. Refund Policy

• Except for the first month subscription fees, all other subscription fees may be refundable under certain conditions as determined by Level2.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date.

6. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Level2 or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from Level2.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Level2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Level2, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform.

10. Termination

• Level2 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

• Level2 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom in which Level2 is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
